Please Note: Special conference rates are available up to the date of the convention. After the reservation cutoff date, all reservations will be subject to availability. Early response is suggested. The staff of the Wyndham Indianapolis West has gone out of their way to ensure that our guests and attendees feel welcome and will do their best to meet your needs for special rooms or assistance. Please return the favor by tipping the staff and by being kind and courteous to the staff, as well as to the other hotel guests.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so at any time without penalty.

Special Notice: If you are having any difficulties reserving a hotel room (e.g. you’ve been told that no rooms are available, or that the staff isn’t aware of the special rates for InConJunction) then please contact the convention organizers via e-mail at hotel-problems@inconjunction.org and let them know. Please include your name and contact information, and if possible the type of room you were requesting, the number of nights of your stay, the date(s) and time(s) you spoke with the reservation department and the name of the reservations agent with whom you spoke. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue and make sure that you have a room for the weekend.
